Savory Five is proud to announce our first event of 2014! CASABLANCA NIGHT. As we reminisce about the elegance and allure of times-gone-by we are drawn to the 1942 classic, Casablanca. With the film as our inspiration we wish to bring the essence of Morocco and Chile together as they share in a moment in time.. As Chile as a wonderful wine region Casablanca, why not merge the two for a symphony of flavors and fun.
You are cordially invited to join us for an evening of enchantment and elegance! La Cava will be co-hosting with Savory Five in their breathtaking 19th century wine cellar. A hidden gem we can not wait to share with you. A four course menu with wine pairing in the wine cellar and a sunset cocktail hour with hor’dourves on the terrace.
Our headlining chefs for Casablanca Night are Diego Malhue and Maria Pia Uriarte, the dynamic duo. They bring with them a worldly class resume and sophistication. Their approach to this menu of two wonderful Casablancas from opposite sides of the globe will have fresh flavors that will keep you wanting more. We will have some special wineries joining us to pair with every course.
Savory Five is proud to announce “Secret Garden,” a dinner party. This event was dreamed up over a recent vacation and is now coming to bloom. With the autumn nights now upon us what better way to warm it up than with a party. We will bring you warmth and brightness under the evening stars.
Casa Zucca is the hidden gem of El Golf. Tucked behind the W Hotel in the trendy area of Las Condes. Its sweet and elegant terrace were inspirational to us at Savory Five. We are so excited to share this delightful place with you. This event would also make a wonderful early Mother's Day gift.

Casaluz Bar & Cocina and Savory Five are teaming up for a “Thanksgiving Feast” to remember. We will draw inspiration from the traditional November holiday meal celebrated in the United States combining it with a touch of uniqueness. Giving thanks and sharing a meal with friends should be a tradition worth maintaining. This event has the makings to be more than a dinner party, but rather a culinary delight for all foodies to enjoy. The renowned Chef Pablo Heiremans is calling upon his many years of experience to create his special take on this most delightful of meals. Guests will be presented with a specially crafted four course menu exclusively designed for this evening only. Along with fabulous food and delicious wines, Savory Five is planning to make this night especially memorable with live music and other twists.
